When John McCain brought Sarah Palin in as his running mate he managed to catch up in the poles due to pure curiosity and the fact that he was doing what he could to bring himself into the public eye. But now the public considers both him and Palin old news and the people have once again turned their eyes back to Senator Obama causing the poles to once again turn in his favor.
John McCain and Barack Obama are slowly leading to the final months of the U.S. Presidential campaign and both teams are working overtime to secure the votes of the people. For some time now Obama has been leading - but this week McCain was able to secure a 4 point lead over him. Results came from the USA Today Gallup poll on Sunday.
Many were shocked when John McCain chose Sarah Palin to be his running mate in the presidential race. Since then Obama’s campaign has been questioning her experience. Yet, it seems that McCain was prepared for just this thing and is fighting back.
John McCain stated to the American people that Palin is more experienced and qualified then Obama and would be a better change for the White House. One of their new television ads describes Palin as an “Alaska Maverick” due to her record as being a “bipartisan reformer” and stating in the same ad that Obama was “most liberal” in the Senate.
