Obama Takes Advantage Of Party Rules To Stop Clinton

Senator Hilary Clinton has hoped and planned on beating out Obama during an early knockout on Super Tuesday. Obama on the other hand has prepared and researched the congressional districts in the states with the primaries that were still months away. Because of this they have planned to win delegates even after they would have lost some states.

Clinton May Receive Disputed Votes From Florida/Michigan

The Democratic National Committee is given Senator Hilary Clinton may decide to give millions of the disputed votes from Michigan and Florida to Clinton this Saturday. Of course whether or not this will truly affect the outcome of the presidential nomination has not yet been determined.

Clinton’s campaign stated that the her and Senator Barack Obama will not have enough pledged delegates to be able to claim the party’s nomination when the Democrats convene for their convention in August. Now, for Clinton, it’s about winning the remaining uncommitted superdelegates’ faith in her.

Increase House Democrats Majority By 235-198

Woody Jenkins a Republican candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives thought by aligning Don Cazayoux the Democratic candidate with Barack Obama would gain his victory for representation of Louisiana’s 6th District.

This strategy proved to be unsuccessful when Don Cazayoux emerged on Saturday the winner even against a multimillion dollar effort to define Cazayoux as a liberal Democrat in step with Barack Obama. This victory boosted the Democrats optimism heading into the fall elections. Seeing this seat for Louisiana’s 6th District was held by Republican Richard Baker for decades.

Clinton Promises To Finish Nomination Race

Senator Hilary Clinton is trying desperately to beat out Obama though many are telling her to give it up, pack her bags, and go home. She is running out of money, delegates, and with only a few more primaries left she is running out of time. Unless something drastic happens Obama will win the Democratic nomination in June.

Yet, Clinton has promised that she will stick to the race till the end. The final primaries are Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Kentucky, Oregon, and Montana.

Rep. Bob Barr Puts In Presidential Bid

Representative Bob Barr – the former Republican – decided to change things up in the Presidential election and will be putting in his Libertarian Party bid. He stated this week that the voters are ready for something new and need someone who will be able to dramatically change things in the country.
